President
Randy is the President of Egress Franchise Group, Inc., where we believe the most important part of an escape plan is the way out. After spending 35 years in corporate America, Randy enjoys helping homeowners by providing an affordable solution for a dangerous situation. Installing, educating, and improving egress window systems has been the most rewarding time in his professional career and he is filled with pride seeing customers' faces light up with smiles from ear to ear, after each installation. Randy and his team provide support in all areas of training, coaching and project management.
Chief Financial Officer
Louie Parnes is the Chief Financial Officer of Egress Pros Franchise Group, Inc. Louie and his team will assist franchise owners in all areas of accounts payables/receivables, cash flow management, year end procedures and more. Born in Plainview, NY, Louie now lives in Long Island, NY.
Director of Sales Training
As the Director of Sales Training, Ryan trains franchise owners on all aspects of the Egress Pros sales presentation and optimizing the customer experience. Ryan believes there's nothing more important than family and feels fortunate to be part of an organization that focuses on safety for homeowners and families. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Ryan now lives on Long Island and is an active member of the Hicksville school community.
Social Media & Technology Coordinator
As the Social Media & Technology Coordinator for Egress Pros, Allison will assist franchise owners with branding, marketing content, and social media strategies. Creative by nature, Allison graduated from FIT in NYC with a degree in graphic design, spending most of her 35-year career in retail management and enjoys working with people. Allison is a vibrant, energy-driven woman, who believes in a “can-do” attitude.
