Made in the USA the grate sits on top the well and is designed to easily slide off in the event of an emergency. The polycarbonate clear cover is attached to the grate using extra strong Velcro. The mesh grate is manufactured with steel & is designed to protect people and or pets from falling into your well. The ladder will also assist a first responder when entering the egress well. Egress Pros stocks ladders for both steel kits and custom mason wells.
The Mason Well Ladder is designed to assist people in an emergency escape (or egress). They can also be used by emergency personnel to enter the basement through the window well for rescue/emergency situations. The escape ladders are made from galvanized steel and are enamel coated. Ladder sizes are available in 4’, 5’, and 6’ lengths. Custom sizes are also available.
