WHAT ARE THE COSTS AND WHAT DO THEY INCLUDE?

You can sign on for $0 down with an exclusive agreement with Egress Pros for 5 years*. You must come to our training center, and enroll in Egress Pro’s Academy which is a one time payment of $3000.00 for 1 week of hands on training.

A $3000 one time up front development fee for website and CRM development, which includes social media marketing and google ads! Our system also covers CRM management, website and marketing, as well as a 3 month, “kick-off” program where our central office can handle your calls and estimate scheduling! An ongoing monthly fee of $3000 (plus Google & Facebook spend) will be charged for managing online advertisements and your website throughout our 5 year agreement.

We require dealers to begin with 20 systems to ensure stock, as demand is high and turnover is fast with our exclusive 1 day install.

*If Non-compete is dissolved or not followed, prior to the 5 year commitment, a $55,000.00 fee will be incurred by the party to recoup our investment costs, etc.

How Much Space Do you Need to Operate this Business?

A small warehouse and/or garage should be efficient for starting up your install department. We would also suggest office space for planning, client meetings, and reception.

How Long Does it Take to Launch and Install Operations?

As fast as you can sell! After our training we anticipate a 1-3 month lead up time before you are fully functional and capable of selling systems, components, and ancillary products.

How Many Employees are Needed to Operate this business?

We would suggest a Crew leader to oversee installs- and between 2-4 men to do 1 egress in 6-8 hours. We would also suggest an office manager for payment collections and bookkeeping. Many Dealerships start with just the owner and a crew, but quickly find that due to demand that may need more crews and/or office staff.
